At Rotel Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Rotel component in its original double-box packaging, including all manuals, remote controls, and power cables to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided return label or ship the unit to our Australian service headquarters using a tracked and insured courier service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
